Titanium Remote Users

Hello Titanium Users,

Here are the steps you will need to take to connect to your remote computer or Virtual Computers that IT has set up for you.

Step 1.

Setup VPN:

Windows Checkpoint VPN Setup

Mac Forticlient VPN Setup

Step 2.

Read through instructions on connecting to your remote machine:

Connecting to a Titanium VM:

Once you've set up and used Remote Desktop, you should come to the remote desktop connect screen. Input "titanium[LETTER].naropa.edu" with the [LETTER] being replaced with A,B, or C for the Titanium machine you wish to remote into. In this example, we'll be connecting to Titanium A or TitaniumA.naropa.edu

Once you've connected, it will ask for your credentials.

After entering your credentials, click OK to connect.

NOTE: If it mentions there is another user logged on, please try the next computer (A, B, C) to avoid logging another user off.
