How to Use Zoom at Naropa:

 

Step 1: Logging In

 

To use Zoom at Naropa, start by visiting https://naropa.zoom.us/ and clicking "Sign In." 

Use your Naropa email and password to log in. 

If you need to sign in on your desktop, launch the Zoom application on your PC and click "Sign In With SSO." 

Type in "Naropa" for the company domain and then confirm your email address.


 

 

Step 2: Navigation

 

Once you're logged in on the browser, you can access the following options from the top-right menu:

 

Schedule a recurring class meeting: Use this option to schedule recurring meetings for your classes.

Join another meeting: Use this option to join a meeting that someone else has scheduled.

Host a meeting instantly: Use this option to start a meeting on the fly, which will give you a shareable URL.
