Zoom: Schedule Meeting

1. Topic: Subject of your meeting
2. Date & Time: How to set date & time for the meeting
3. Attendees: Send an email to all attendees (You can also share your Personal Meeting ID)
4. Passcode: Set a password for the meeting
5. Waiting Room: Create a waiting room for users joining the meeting
6. Authenticated Users: Users might have a Zoom account and sign-in to attend
   
   

Joining with Audio

1. Join with Computer Audio: Join with current audio settings
2. Test Speaker and Microphone: Test your speaker and microphone before joining
3. Automatically join audio: Automatically join with audio for future meetings
