Your username is: firstname.lastname

Your password is your Universal/MyNaropa password.

Step 6: If your device asks if you want to trust the network, click "Trust". (It may say kaze.naropa.edu)

That's it! You should now be connected to the Naropa Wi-Fi network.

If you have any issues connecting to Wi-Fi, please contact the IT Helpdesk at (303) 245-4609 during office hours (9am-5pm, Monday through Friday).

Note: If you recently reset your password, it may take several hours for the changes to be reflected in the wireless authentication system.

Do you have a console, smart TV, or e-reader that needs WiFi?

If you have a console, smart TV, or e-reader that needs Wi-Fi, please note that devices in SnowLion residence hall must connect to the NarConsole wireless network. This includes Xboxes, Playstations, Wiis, Smart TVs, and Kindles or other e-readers.

To get a one-time password for your device at SnowLion, submit a new IT request by clicking the "New Ticket" link on this page or emailing us at helpdesk@naropa.edu.
