How to Connect to Naropa Network WiFi on Mac
Follow the steps below to connect to the Naropa network.
Step 1: Open WiFi Settings
- Locate the WiFi symbol in the top right corner of your screen (menu bar).
- Click on the WiFi symbol to open the available network list.
Step 2: Choose Naropa Network
- From the list of available networks, select "Naropa" or "Naropa network."
- Wait for your Mac to establish a connection.
Step 3: Enter Your Username
- A prompt will appear asking for your Naropa username.
- Make sure to enter your username without the "@naropa.edu" part.
Step 4: Enter Your Password
- After entering your username, input your Naropa account password.
- Double-check for accuracy, as passwords are case-sensitive.
Step 5: Handle Permission Request
- In some cases, a "Permission" request pop-up may appear.
- Carefully read the message to understand why this request is appearing.
- Enter your computer admin username and password (not your Naropa information). This is the username and password you use to log into your Mac.
Step 6: Trust the Certificate
- If you encounter a TRUST KAZE certificate, click "yes" to proceed.
- Select "don't show again" to avoid future prompts for this certificate.
Congratulations! You are now successfully connected to the Naropa network WiFi on your Mac.
