Adding Staff and Faculty Email to An Android Phone

1. Find "Email" app on your phone and open it.

2. Select "Office 365"


3. Enter your entire email address into the space provided (
Enter your password
Confirm that the Server says ""
Click "Next"

5. Wait for phone to retrieve server settings, this will take a moment. Select "Ok" when it asks you if you would like to allow  "Remote security administration"


6. Personalize settings. We recommend you keep them at their default so you do not miss emails. Select "Next"
7. When prompted to "Activate phone administrator?", select "Activate"
8. Enter an account name if you would like i.e. "Work Email" and select "Ok"
